Score one for me
I just got my cable bill for next month and it went up by $5.26 or 5.66%.  I am so mad.  I called TimeWarner and actually got the bill reduced.  She offered me triple play but I don’t want triple play so she cut my bill to $2 less than what I’m currently paying.  I threated to eliminate my standard package which would have saved me $35 or so.  I hate the cable company.

Washington Pisses Me Off
(I bet they piss you off too.)  Listening to all this crap about the health care debate and learning all the money that’s being built into it for other stuff, makes me so mad.  Remember some years back Bush wanted the line item veto.  Screw that.  I think it would cost the American people a whole lot less if the rule was that bills could only be one issue—no amendments, nothing...

Hostages, Happiness, Hark the Herald Angels
I had the strangest dream last night; when I woke up it was fresh in my mind but as time went on the details disappeared.  Suffice it to say, I was at a vacation resort and there was a takeover—kind of like those Russian hostage situations where the terrorists come in and take an entire place with hundreds of people hostage.  I managed to sneak out - through a door that had just a turn...

Over Thanksgiving my father’s brother died. Yesterday my friend Jo called to say her brother, Yves, died and she was en route to San Francisco. Yesterday my aunt called to say cousin Elaine died. Today Ana called to say her father died and she’s en route to Puerto Rico.
