I let the apartment go. The sellers wouldn’t budge from $175,000 and I decided that the parking and electric bill situation on top of the renovation costs was going to be more than I was comfortable paying.
Oh well.
Oh well.
Maybe I’ll look in Bay Ridge but that’s probably going to be out of my range.
